O presente relatório corresponde à realização do estágio curricular referente à componente não-letiva do Mestrado em Ciência Política e Relações Internacionais, executado na Embaixada do Peru em Portugal. O estágio focou-se centralmente na Secção Consular da Embaixada e nos procedimentos consulares que lhe são delegados, mas também em outras tarefas administrativas e culturais. Dividido em três diferentes capítulos, o relatório de estágio começa por analisar a estrutura da Embaixada e as suas funções específicas, assim como a comunidade peruana e as relações entre Portugal e o Peru. Num ponto central do trabalho, são descritas todas as tarefas e funções desenvolvidas ao longo do estágio, tal como as suas respetivas conclusões. Para finalizar, o relatório contém uma componente de investigação, que procura analisar o impacto das quotas de género na participação política das mulheres peruanas.
This report corresponds to the completion of the curricular internship regarding the non-teaching component of the Master's Degree in Political Science and International Relations, executed at the Peruvian Embassy in Portugal. The internship focused on the Consular Section of the Embassy and the consular procedures delegated to it, but also on other administrative and cultural tasks. Divided into three different chapters, the internship report begins by analyzing the structure of the Embassy and its specific functions, as well as the Peruvian community and relations between Portugal and Peru. At a central point of the work, all the tasks and functions developed throughout the stage are described, as well as their respective conclusions. Finally, the report contains a research component, which seeks to analyze the impact of gender quotas on the political participation of Peruvian women.
