Visualizing and analyzing data are ubiquitous methods for efficient decision-making in
companies today. Addressing an insufficiently structured reporting system at Sport Lisboa e
Benfica, this thesis aims to develop an innovative data visualization strategy for their human
resources department. To assist the company in decision-making, five Power BI dashboards
were created using synthetic employee data. These dashboards incorporate a holistic view from
an external perspective, supplemented by suggestions drawn from industry best practices. The
resulting dashboard strategy demonstrates that problems and correlations can be quickly
identified, emphasizing the efficiency and effectiveness of data-driven decision-making.
