| Resumo: | The Portuguese Basketball Federation (FPB) has a rich history and passion for basketball, yet Portugal has yet to make a significant mark on the international stage. I am excited to use my background, education, and guidance at Nova Sbe, and a common passion for basketball to try to impact Portuguese basketball positively. This research project outlines a comprehensive plan to guide the Portuguese Basketball Federation in pursuing EuroBasket participation. The work is divided into two main phases each comprising distinct goals to understand and enhance the federation's performance and capabilities. |
