The car manufacturer Humba Motors represents the basis for this thesis for which an e-mobility
transition has been achieved during a simulation. The thesis is divided into two sections that
include an analysis of the business and an assessment of the author's role in the context of group
dynamics. The second portion, in contrast to the first, which focuses on a performance analysis
of Humba Motors, is concerned with interpersonal challenges that had occurred within the team
during the transformation process. Throughout the thesis, the increasing importance of
sustainability has been incorporated.
