Eni S.p.A. (ENI.MI) is a prominent international energy company operating at
every stage of the value chain, from natural gas and oil to co-generated electricity
and renewables, including both traditional and bio refining and chemicals.
As the world increasingly shifts towards sustainable practices and environmental
consciousness, Eni stands as a protagonist at the crossroads between the green
transition and the traditional oil industry. The transaction represents a turning point
for the energy sector, so it becomes more important than ever to understand how
the company will tackle these challenges.
At same time, the macroeconomic landscape associated with commodities, such as
Oil and Natural Gas, is in a challenging-to-anticipate state.
Therefore, taking into account this background, this report focuses on the forecasts
