This thesis is a proposal for a corporate report for SL Benfica’s
board analysis. It is a tool adjusted to the reality of SL Benfica
which allows the club to self-evaluate its performance, strategies
and commitments. Covering different areas of activity within the
Club, the report emphasizes the critical role of corporate reporting
in guiding decisions. Explores financial analysis, establishes
relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and recognises the
limitations of this analysis. The individual component delves into
the areas of Fan Engagement & Matchday, and Human Resources.
