One of the NGO Comunidade Vida e Paz's business units is a secondhand store named Feira na
Quinta. An evaluation of the store’s financial sustainability was conducted, resulting in a
detailed analysis of its business model, logistics and marketing strategy. A benchmark analysis
of its market segment was also conducted. This allowed for a diagnosis of the business'
limitations and potential, resulting in the development of five recommendations, from which
two were chosen for further analysis: Entering the online market or opening a new space in
Lisbon.
