Their experience and knowledge help to develop the dynamic influx of cutting-edge technologies that are driving innovation in hotel businesses. The research reveals how Artificial intelligence, automatization and other digital tools improve operational and financial management. Relying to the numerous interviews with higher management employees and hotel owners, the case study was developed, using the IDC MethodologyScape, to provide a scientific base of how a hospitality business enhance customer-perceivable and back-end innovations, keeping the competitive advantage during dynamic market conditions.
