Small and Medium-sized Enterprises’ growth can contribute to economic development. Thus,
this report aims to propose a suitable internationalization plan for Company Beta. Its starting
point was a strategic analysis of the company and, after evaluating the external and internal
factors, an international market selection was performed through statistical rankings and
clusters and in-depth country analyses, such as of Cote d’Ivoire, out of which Rwanda was seen
as the best target market. In the final stages, an analysis and literature review on entry mode
suitability, a marketing plan, and an examination of the financial viability of the
internationalization were conducted.
