This thesis is a proposal for a corporate report for SL Benfica’s
board analysis. It is a tool adjusted to the reality of SL Benfica which
allows the club to self-evaluate Environmental, Social and
Governance (ESG) Responsibilities and Innovative Projects. The
methodology involved benchmarking and the use of radar charts
for visual representation. The document underlines the SL Benfica
Group’s dedication to ESG practices and innovative projects,
positioning the club as a transparent and responsible entity in the
industry.
