Resumo(s)
This paper is split into two sections where the first focuses on the
company performance of IXOR, a simulated automotive
manufacturer. The analysis of the firm shed light on the corporate
strategy, innovation, and operations management. This section
will investigate the performance through simulation data and
academic sources to highlight interplay between different
functions as well as management decisions. The second section is
a personal reflection analyzing two critical incidents which
provided significant self-growth opportunities and insight into
decision making under pressure.
