In Business in Practice, my team and I managed a virtual automotive company, assisting it in
transitioning from a conventional car manufacturer to a leading player in the electric vehicle
industry. The first part of this paper elaborates on this transformation process from the
perspectives of strategy, operations, and HR. The second the latter portion of this work includes
two critical incidents that demonstrate my reflections and learning experiences as a member of
the team throughout this journey.
