Business in Practice is a three-week intensive and immersive
simulation program, that runs through six full years of the
operations of a car manufacturer. During this simulation a diverse
group of students formed the executive team of the company in the
roles of Finance, HR, Innovation, Operations and Marketing and
solved real business challenges, the automotive industry is facing
amid the disruptive change from combustion to electric vehicles. An
three business functions including Strategy, HR and Marketing and
a personal reflection on two critical incidents throughout the
program is provided.
