Resumo(s)
This research presents a theoretical framework for understanding how unicorn ventures design
and use employee experience to increase employee engagement. The findings are based on
interviews with two unicorns and reveal that the growth phase of a unicorn affects their focus
and the design of their talent management strategy, which in turn affects their employee
experience. It was found that a continuous adjustment of the unicorn's framework is necessary
due to the hyper-growth environment and fast-changing demands. By continuously adapting
their talent management strategies, unicorn ventures can ensure that they have the right
employees in the right roles at the right time.
