Incompol is a Portuguese metal stamping company that supplies, mainly, the automotive
and household appliances industries. This appraisal comprehends an internationalization plan,
aiming to determine the most viable country for Incompol’s expansion. In order to do so, an
overview of the firm and its industries will be done, as well as a country clustering and ranking
analysis. After performing an analysis of five potential expansion countries, France was the
chosen target market. Finally, a marketing plan was conceived, and a financial forecast was
performed to assess the feasibility of the advanced French internationalization.
