Fashion is a fast-paced, innovative industry. Textiles are intimately connected with scientific
and industrial innovation. Nowadays, growing market demands and technological advances
have enabled exponential growth in the conceptualization of ideas and development of
materials which have revolutionized/significantly changed the fashion industry.

such as silk and production dye, clothing companies are preserving practices that are not
environmentally sustainable.
To replace the current textiles used by most companies in the fashion industry and to help
preserve local ecosystems, this research paper focuses on analysing the qualities,
applications, and processing of some natural and manufactured textile fibres Given this, a
sustainability model has been compared.
