Resumo(s)
Working from Anywhere (WFA) has been extensively researched, but contradictory
results on its impact on work outcomes have been found in the literature. Based on the
Conservation of Resources theory, this study investigates the relationships between WFA on
job satisfaction and employee engagement and the moderating effect of perceived supervisor
support (PSS). The research question was addressed by conducting an online questionnaire with
250 employees. Contrary to expectations, WFA is not associated with job satisfaction and
employee engagement. Additionally, no support was found for the moderating role of PSS.
However, the results suggest that employee engagement positively affects job satisfaction.
