Resumo(s)
This Work Project aims the investigation of Artificial Intelligence implementation in the
Portuguese healthcare system until 2050. Therefore, this report includes an assessment of the
benefits, phases of implementation, and potential challenges associated with Artificial
Intelligence, as well as a research on the existing advancements in Europe and Portugal.
Furthermore, qualitative research was conducted to explore the current perception of
Generation Z about Artificial Intelligence in healthcare practices, as both present and future
patients.
