The purpose of this work project is to analyze, from an individual perspective, the
performance of a virtual company in the automotive industry and the author’s personal
performance within a team, in the Business in Practice six-year simulation. To achieve the
goal mentioned above, the decisions, incidents, and results will be described and analyzed,
with the support of academic papers and concepts, firstly in the firm’s analysis section, with
an analysis of Strategy, Innovation, and Operations, and secondly in the personal reflection
section, with the analysis of two critical incidents.
