Resumo(s)
This project concerns the creation of strategies for a more efficient technical assessment of
the prices of medical procedures between private hospitals and ADSE. The project's goal is
to assess if APHP can support private hospitals to rethink and improve the sustainability of
their ADSE partnership. A situation analysis, a qualitative analysis and the creation of
communication strategies were some of the main approaches. Project´s outcomes were
mainly related with the outline of recommendations.
