Resumo(s)
This study presents a comprehensive study of the development and validation of STORi, a peer to-peer storage platform. Through a series of experiments, the research explores the product market fit, focusing on value proposition, customer segmentation, key activities, and marketing
channels. The findings reveal a potential gap in product-market fit, suggesting that the current
marketing strategies may not effectively resonate with the target audience. The study
underscores the importance of continuous testing and refinement of assumptions regarding the
Business Model Canvas to enhance engagement and success.
