Autism Spectrum Disorder lies as a mystifying disturbance that impacts thousands of families.
APPDA LISBOA embraces a mission to avail all these families in the search for a reassuring
future. A series of events led the organisation to highly depend on external funding, endangering
the provision of the four social services in its portfolio. Hence, the scope of the analysis consists
of improving its single business unit financials by transitioning the Evaluation and Diagnosis
therapists to full-time and constructing a new infrastructure, as well as the design of a go-to market strategy for a new business unit, to increase APPDA LISBOA’s financial independence
