Resumo(s)
Due to climate change, concerns on environmental issues have increased. The winter
sport equipment industry is facing new sustainable challenges. Therefore, it has become crucial
for many companies to engage themselves into CSR and find solutions. This work project aims
to examine CSR initiatives that Salomon, an innovative outdoor sport company could
implement to respond to these challenges and appeal to new customers. Thanks to the
incorporation of reviews, Salomon’s insight, and using quantitative data methods, we identified
change management and eco-design as fitting solutions that Salomon can implement to meet
their sustainable challenges.
