Resumo(s)
This action research study investigates how Sair da Casca, a Portuguese Corp, can enhance their
workers impact area score on the BIA to achieve 100 and recognition as a B Corp Best for the
World in Workers. Through a comprehensive gap analysis of the BIA, the study actively involves
20 participants. By understanding the workers' needs and drawing insights from best practices
among B Corps, this research seeks to design a roadmap for improvement. The findings underline
the significance of health, wellness, and safety initiatives, career development, and workers
satisfaction as key solutions to bridge the identified gaps.
