With the automotive industry being revolutionized it has become important to understand the
transition of a global internal combustion car manufacturing company, Zeno, to electrification
and automation. Moreover, in a world where teamwork rules, it is essential to assess the
challenges that arise between members of an executive board and its solutions. Initially, this
thesis critically analyzes the performance of Zeno's marketing, operations, and human
resources departments, highlighting interdependence for company success. Furthermore, it
addresses two critical incidents relative to teamwork, such as the lack of critical thinking,
underestimated as a lack of proactivity, and the need for work-life balance.
