Esta dissertaçaÌo propĂ”e-se a averiguar o impacto da heteronormatividade nas vivĂȘncias da intimidade queer, leia-se, relacÌ§Ă”es Ăntimas e/ou romĂąnticas. Para tal, realizaram-se entrevistas semi-estruturadas a 15 sujeitos queer que jaÌ tinham mantido pelo menos uma relaçaÌo naÌo cisheterossexual. O material recolhido foi sujeito a uma anaÌlise de conteĂșdo, que permitiu inferir as formas mais comuns de materializaçaÌo da heteronormatividade nas dinĂąmicas relacionais dos sujeitos queer e as suas consequĂȘncias, tanto a nĂvel individual como coletivo. AtravĂ©s do material recolhido, conseguiram-se igualmente registar desafios ativos aÌ estrutura e relatos de vivĂȘncias ou imaginaÌrios de futuro alternativos, que forneceram pistas interessantes para refletir sobre as possibilidades de subversaÌo da heteronormatividade enquanto estrutura hegemĂłnica.
This dissertation aims to investigate the impact of heteronormativity in the experiences of queer intimacy, that is, intimate and/or romantic relationships. To this end, semi-structured interviews were carried out with 15 queer subjects who had already maintained at least one non-cisheterosexual relationship, and the data collected was subjected to a content analysis that allowed inferring the most common forms of materialization of heteronormativity in relational dynamics of queer subjects and their consequences, both at an individual and collective level. Through the material collected, active challenges to the structure and reports of alternative experiences or imaginaries of alternative futures were also recorded, which provided interesting insights to reflect on the possibilities of subverting heteronormativity as a hegemonic structure.
