O presente relatório de estágio aborda o domínio das organizações não governamentais para o desenvolvimento (ONGD), explorando a sua história, evolução e significado no contexto de Portugal e Cabo Verde. O relatório está estruturado em três capítulos, cada um deles analisando experiências distintas durante o período de estágio. A primeira parte pretende traçar a trajetória histórica das organizações não governamentais e a sua transformação em organizações para o desenvolvimento (ONGD), analisando também o panorama das ONGD em Portugal, dando a conhecer a sua estrutura, as diversas tipologias e os principais desafios e pontos fortes. A segunda centra-se na experiência de estágio na organização "Para Onde?", apresentando uma visão global da organização, seguida de uma exploração dos papéis, responsabilidades e realizações durante o estágio em Portugal e dos desafios encontrados nesta experiência. Finalmente a última parte centra-se na experiência com a associação "Delta Cultura" em Cabo Verde, com uma caracterização do país na pós-independência, enfatizando a cooperação entre Cabo Verde e Portugal. O capítulo aprofunda o panorama educativo de Cabo Verde e a influência da língua portuguesam e posteriormente, apresenta os projetos realizados, detalhando objetivos e tarefas, e as implicações e desafios encontrados durante este período.
This intership report explores the field of non-governamental development organisations (NGDO), exploring their history, evolution and significance in the Portuguese and Cape Verdean contexts. The report is structured in three chapters, each of which analyses different aspects of the internship. The first part aims to trace the historical trajectory of non-governamental organisations (NGDO), while also analysing the panorama of NGDO in Portugal, revealing their structure, the various types and the main challenges and strengths. The second part focuses on the intership experience at the "Para Onde?" organisation, presenting an overview of the organisation, followed by an exploration of the roles, responsabilities and achievements during the internship in Portugal and the challenges encountered in this experience. Finally, the last part focuses on the experience with the "Delta Cultura" association in Cape Verde, with a characterisation of the country in the post-independance period, emphasising the cooperation between Cape Verde and Portugal. The chapter delves into Cape Verde's educational landscape and the influence of the Portuguese language, to then presents the projects carried out, detailing objectives and task, and the implications and challenges encountered during this period.
