This Work Project aims to study the main barriers to innovation culture of Corporate
Organizations and how to overcome them.
The theoretical support resulting from the bibliographic research led to the construction of the
line of work that was substantiated in the launch of a survey to the employees of the Corporate
Organization case study, to identify the main barriers to innovation culture, its cause and
origin.
