O objetivo deste estudo Ă© fornecer insumos e dados para apoiar as Lideranças de equipas de engenharia de software na avaliação e aplicação de estilos de liderança que influenciam os Ăndices de Engagement e, mais especificamente, se a Segurança PsicolĂłgica pode mediar esta relação. Por meio de uma pesquisa com a participação de 87 indivĂduos e a anĂĄlise quantitativa dos resultados, descobriu-se que o estilo de Liderança Positiva possui uma relação positiva e direta com o Engagement, enquanto que a Segurança PsicolĂłgica pouco interfere nesta relação
The objective of this study is to provide inputs and data to support the leadership of software engineering teams in the assessment and application of leadership styles that influence Engagement rates, and more specifically, whether Psychological Safety can mediate this relationship. Through a survey with the participation of 87 individuals and the quantitative analysis of the results, it was found that the Positive Leadership style has a direct and positive relationship with Engagement, while Psychological Safety has little influence on this relationship
