O presente relatório tem como objetivo descrever e caracterizar o estágio curricular que desenvolvi na Inpokulis Traduções, com especial atenção na tradução jurídica, procurando articular a teoria com a prática. O relatório começa por fazer uma apresentação da empresa e do estágio, seguindo-se o enquadramento teórico, onde se procura explicar no que consiste a tradução jurídica, a sua importância, bem como os traços que a caracterizam, que acabam por criar dificuldades à sua boa execução,. Na terceira e última parte do relatório é abordada a parte prática do estágio em si, em especial as tarefas e trabalhos desenvolvidos, com análise de algumas dificuldades em determinados tipos de documentos.
The following report aims to explain and describe the curricular internship I carried out at Inpokulis Traduções which had a special focus on legal translation, seeking to provide an articulation between theory and practice. Firstly, the report starts by giving an overview of both company and internship, followed by the theoretical framework, aiming to explain what legal translation consists of, its importance, as well as the elements that outline it, which raises some difficulties to a successful work. Lastly, the practical side of the internship is addressed, mainly the tasks and works, with an analysis of some issues in certain types of documents.
