At a time of latent difficulties, it is crucial that the Public Administration, which manages
funds from all taxpayers, has the tools and means to manage the funds distributed to it
economically, efficiently and effectively.
The area of National Defense is constantly faced with the current reality of managing
scarce and difficult-to-obtain resources and as such must seek the most judicious management
so that it can fulfill the complex, demanding and noble missions assigned to it.
In order to achieve this, it is extremely important to implement effective management
tools and, at the same time, responsive and timely management accounting to provide reliable
support for the decision-making process.
