A aproximação entre a Federação Rússia e a República Popular da China tem sido dos temas com maior enfoque nas relações internacionais. Essa asserção encontra respaldo diferenciado nas relações que as duas grandes potências possuem com terceiros, plasmado na designação do vínculo entre Moscovo e Pequim - Comprehensive Strategic Partnership of Cooperation – emitido em 2019. O alinhamento no panorama internacional remonta a 2014, ano marcado pela anexação da Crimeia pela Rússia e, inerente a esse evento, o começo da transição do ambiente internacional. No decorrer deste período de mudança verificou-se a harmonização da relação entre os dois países em diversos domínios, merecendo uma análise aprofundada.
A presente dissertação de forma a explicar o aperfeiçoamento da relação sino-russo presta particular atenção à teoria Neorrealista e à teoria Construtivista e aos seus elementos centrais. Através das duas componentes teóricas realizou-se um exercício comparativo para verificar o que explica a aproximação do Kremlin de Zhongnanhai, a importância que cada país atribui à segurança ou a criação de uma identidade comum no plano internacional.
The rapprochement between the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China has been among the topics with the greatest focus in internationalm relations. This assertion finds differentiated backing from the relations that those great powers have with other countries, resulting from the new name of the bond between Moscow and Bejing - Comprehensive Strategic Partnership of Cooperation - issued in 2019. The alignment in the international landspace dates to 2014, a year marked by Russia's annexation of Crimea and, inherent to this event, the beginning of the transition of the international environment. During this period of change there was a harmonization of the relationship between the two countries in several fields, deserving an in-depth analysis. The present dissertation to explain the improvment of the Sino-Russian relationship pays particular attention to the Neorealist theory and Constructivist theory and its core elements. Through these theoretical components a comparative exercise was carried out to verify what explains the rapprochement of the Kremlin to Zhongnanhai, the importance they attach to security or the creation of a commom identity at the international level.
