company. By unraveling the ongoing transformations in work dynamics, this paper uncovers
the multifaceted tensions insurance companies face in adapting to these changes. Moreover, it
meticulously examines the role of their top management teams in exerting their strategic
leadership capacities to navigate the tensions at hand adeptly. Through an in-depth exploration
of the case of an insurance company, this research offers valuable insights into fostering
