As observações resultantes da Prática de Ensino Supervisionada, que decorreu no ano letivo 2021/2022 em duas escolas do concelho de Almada, incentivaram um estudo sobre a integração da aprendizagem não formal e o desenvolvimento da autonomia do aluno como forma de motivar os alunos e de lhes conceder ferramentas úteis para os seus futuros. Dado que todos os indivíduos são diferentes, é importante analisar e desenhar planos para a adaptação do processo ensino-aprendizagem aos interesses e necessidades de cada estudante.
The observations resulting from the Supervised Teaching Practice, that took place during the academic year 2021/2022 in two schools of the municipality of Almada, encouraged a study on the integration of non-formal learning and the development of student autonomy as a way of motivating students and teaching them useful tools for their future. Since all individuals are different, it is important to analyse and design plans to adapt the teaching-learning process to the interests and needs of each student.
