This study aims to explore the role of organizational culture in crisis management and to
understand how the company's structure as a learning organization has guided and contributed
to the crisis management of Maersk. Deep research was conducted regarding the culture,
values, and strategies used by the company to understand the focal points of successful crisis
management.
