Na sociedade atual encontramos desigualdades latentes que impedem muitos de atingirem
um nível de vida confortável, lançando-os muitas vezes em desespero. É por isso, mais
necessário do que nunca, a existência de instituições de cariz social que promovam ações
que proporcionem uma rede de segurança a quem se encontra em situação precária e que
lhes permitam uma base de onde poderão retomar o controlo das suas vidas.
Torna-se então fulcral aproximar, de forma eficaz e célere, quem procura ajuda das
entidades que a oferecem. Até ao momento desconhece-se a existência de uma plataforma
que facilite esta aproximação. Édesta carência que nasce este projeto.Através da plataforma
Outsystems pretende-se a criação de uma aplicação que opere de forma similar a uma
rede social/profissional, promotora de causas sociais, tendo por base os perfis inscritos.
Aaplicação aqui apresentada pretende ser pioneira ao permitirummaior outreach para
projetos de cariz social de empresas, associações ou instituições, acelerando e facilitando
o contacto entre o cidadão e as mesmas. Funcionará como uma agregadora de iniciativas
que serão agrupadas segundo critérios diversos, facilitando a pesquisa e a organização
da Ação Social, ultrapassando a presente dificuldade na ligação entre a necessidade e a
oferta.
In today’s societywe findlatent inequalities that preventmany from reaching a comfortable level of life, often throwing them into despair. Therefore, it is more necessary than ever, the existence of institutions of a social nature that promote actions that provide a safety net to those who find themselves in a precarious situation and that give them a base from which they can take control of their lives. Becomes essential to approach, in an effective and quickway, those who seek help from the entities that offer it. So far, the existence of a platform that facilitates this approach is unknown. It was from this lack of a resource, that this project was born. Through the Outsystems platform, it is intended to create an application that operates similarly to a social/professional network, promoting social causes, based on the registered profiles. The application presented here intends to be a pioneer, allowing a greater scope for social projects of companies, associations or institutions, accelerating and facilitating the contact between the citizens and them. It will function as an aggregator of initiatives that will be grouped according to different criterias, facilitating the search and the organization of Social Action, overcoming the present difficulty in linking the need and the supply.
