This Work Project explores suitable business models for an
educational venture called “Ginásio do Empreendedor”. The study
addresses two main research questions: "What are the most profitable
revenue generation models for an educational program?" and "Are
local governments a good source of revenue for an educational
program?". The methodology used included a benchmark analysis,
interviews, and market testing of the program using two formats:
educational service to municipalities and extracurricular clubs to
private schools. The results of the study showed that the program has
a strong value proposition and successfully identified and
implemented two revenue streams that align with its impact goals and
target beneficiaries. Based on the data collected, four
recommendations were also drawn.
