This research builds on existing literature of expanding business strategies – from authors such
as Ansoff and Damodaran – and employs findings to analyze Eumetra Market-Research
internally and externally. Uncovered literature shows four macro-strategies, and within them
the categorization of organic and inorganic is identified. Stakeholders’ interviews, industry
reports and reliable websites are used for the analysis and recommendation. Eumetra’s
positioning, operations and financials are considered alongside several frameworks of the
external environment. The company is suggested to hire a graphics expert to improve
operations, to strengthen a sustainability-focused positioning and to expand through strategic
alliances in growing market-research European markets.
