This report presents a plan for the creation of a non-for-profit association that will exploit the
potential of medical detection dogs to fight against both the current COVID-19 pandemic as
well as future pandemics. The tremendous advantages of the medical detection dogs over
traditional means of testing will be outlined, as well as its potential application in real life
scenario and why it must be funded.
