Resumo(s)
In the past, research on the topic of ambidexterity has concentrated strongly on the
organizational side of managing exploration and exploitation. In contrast, individual
requirements, the cultural environment and what it means for managers and employees involved
have so far been little reflected. Based on qualitative research, this thesis answers the question
of how the organizational culture and mindset as well as leadership style is shaped in practice.
