O presente relatório foi concretizado no âmbito da Prática de Ensino Supervisionada, integrada no curso de Mestrado em Ensino de Português no 3.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico e no Ensino Secundário. A prática educativa desenvolvida decorreu na Escola Secundária D. Dinis, com duas turmas, uma de 10.º e outra de 11.º, e um total de cerca de quarenta alunos. O tema de investigação deste relatório visa demonstrar como o domínio da escrita pode contribuir para a aprendizagem, através de um projeto-raiz relativo à criação de uma revista bimensal. A um nível pedagógico, a escolha deste tema teve como intuito fomentar o gosto pela escrita, pelo trabalho de pesquisa e pela leitura. A um nível social, a revista bimensal contribuiu, igualmente, para desenvolver nos jovens valores, como a responsabilidade, a criação e a inovação, o empenho e a exigência, a liberdade e a cidadania (Perfil dos Alunos à Saída da Escolaridade Obrigatória, 2017). A escrita é uma prática importante na vida académica dos discentes, visto que a sua avaliação depende do seu desempenho em todas as áreas disciplinares. O seu desenvolvimento foi realizado maioritariamente fora da sala de aula e através de textos não-literários, como a notícia, a entrevista e a carta.
This report was written in the context of the Supervised Teaching Practice, part of the Master's Degree in Teaching Portuguese in the 3rd Cycle of Basic and Secondary Education. The educational practice took place at Escola Secundária D. Dinis, with two classes, one in the 10th and the other in the 11th grade, with a total of forty students. The research topic of this report is the way that writing can contribute to learning, through a root-project related to the creation of a bimonthly magazine. On a pedagogical level, the choice of this theme was intended to foster a taste for writing, for research work, and for reading. On a social level, the bimonthly magazine also contributed to develop values in young people, such as responsibility, creation and innovation, commitment and demand, freedom and citizenship (Perfil dos Alunos à Saída da Escolaridade Obrigatória, 2017). Writing is a important practice in the students academic life, since their evaluation depends on their performance in all subject areas. Its development was mostly done outside the classroom and through non-literary texts, such as the news, the interview and the letter.
