he purpose of this Equity Research is to analyze Realty Income Corporation
and calculate the target share price as of FY23. The main
topics discussed are the company´s overview, its
competitive position on the market as well as all relevant
balance sheet items that affect the valuation of Realty
Income. Additionally, this study will cover two different
approaches to valuing the company. The Discounted Cash
Flow model will be discussed initially, covering the
Weighted Average Cost of capital and the valuation
outcome. In the second method, the Multiples approach
will be applied to determine the share price of the
company. Finally, the research will present
recommendations for Realty Income stock. The results of
this Equity Research advise purchasing Realty Income
shares.
