This Report contains a valuation of Albemarle Corporation (Ticker:ALB) as of
December 2021. In this reports objective is to accurately
value the stock price returns on a 12 month basis. In this
report it was used a discounted cash flow valuation in order
to arrive at the intrinsic value of Albemarle. The report will
discuss and analyze the drivers that will influence
Albemarle in the future, more specifically their balance
sheet, income statement, and free cash flows in the next 19
years. At the end of the report a sensitivity analysis as well
as a scenario analysis were made as a way to validate the
results and test the model against different variables. A
multiple analysis was performed in order to compare
Albemarle with its peers.
