Millions of people around the world continue to rely heavily on fuel-based energy, with no regard
for the devastating impact on our environment. This study portrays Einstein's path to complete
electrification, and thus the development of new environmentally friendly automobiles, to enhance
our customers' experiences and to promote sustainable mobility. We will discuss some of the
personal incidents that occurred to myself, and the various tasks that we faced, as well as the
elaboration of strategies in every branch of the operation which include some of the difficult
decisions, we had to make to ensure the continuous growth of our operations.
