Resumo(s)
There is so much to learn when working in a team with the pressure to deliver results. Through
a deeply personal reflection, I understood that clear and objective communication, and openness
to the diversity of skills and knowledge team members can offer are critical factors for the
team’s success. An unknown world, can prove to be quite challenging for a company to show
itself viable and promising in the market, let JAWDA say so. Despite all the difficulties, through
good learning from its mistakes and better communication and cooperation between
departments (namely, Finance, Innovation, and Marketing), JAWDA overcame any barrier.
