At a certain stage in a company, the strategy needs to be analysed and adjusted to the current
situation of that particular business. The main challenges Leilani Shells is facing at the moment
are Covid, rising advertisement cost and a lack of production forecasting. Hence there is a need,
to test a new strategy for expanding and scaling the business. A switch to a B2B approach has been
chosen and prepared carefully. Three strategies have been developed, focussing on the sales
channel’s boutique and concept stores, online platforms, and hotel souvenir shops. The aim is to
develop new partnerships through analysing challenges, learnings, and recommendations.
