This field lab examines the importance of trust creation in the crowdlending market. Along the
case study of GoParity, a social crowdlending start-up, past measures strengthening the trust of
private investors in the platform are investigated. Thereafter, the evaluation report concentrates
on future growth opportunities for GoParity through fostering investor trust by analyzing
current challenges and providing holistic recommendations and implementation. The teaching
note offers a recommended approach for instructors to put the case study in a broader
perspective whilst focusing on the current and future opportunities, risks, and the role of trust
associated with the crowdlending market.
