This work was conducted between September 2022 and December 2022. The
objective of this equity analysis was to determine whether Lululemon Athletica
Inc is undervalued or overvalued to, based on that, make a recommendation to
buy, sell or hold the company stock. As there were no clear guidelines for the
stock price forecast, quantitative and qualitative approaches were used to
calculate the company´s target share price. The company´s revenues, cost of
capital and other drivers were estimated for the next ten years. To compute the
target price, the Discounted Cash Flow method was used leading to a $275.27
value, resulting in a SELL recommendation.
