The case gives students the chance to comprehend the significance of a motivated workforce in
implementing Marriott's social and environmental principles into action during the rebranding and
renovation of the Casablanca Marriott hotel. The main goal is to highlight the role that HRM
practices have in influencing employees' engagement, performance, and adherence to sustainable
practices. The hospitality sector plays a crucial part in building a conscientious society where
empowerment is fundamental to have an effective training, improve communication with internal
and external practices and implement a compensation system so that employees are encouraged to
deliver an outstanding service.
