Business in Practice is an immersive program aimed at developing business and leadership
related skills. Throughout its duration, instances of critical incidents regularly arise, two of
which will be put examined from a personal perspective. Allowing the running of a virtually
simulated firm, the program also provides an understanding on how both the departments their
directors have to interact to ensure its success as an entity ensued. Aiming to shed light on such,
in addition to the Strategy guiding all decisions, an analysis of two out of the five departments
(Marketing and Innovation) will be conducted.
